She utilizes her corporate marketing and sales experience to attract the right demographic buyer for each property she represents. Besides having some of her homes featured in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Connecticut Cottages & Gardens, Kathy has also appeared on nationally syndicated home TV shows such as NBC's Open House and CBS's Living Large to showcase her client's properties. A recipient of the prestigious Platinum Top Producer Award, she also consistently receives the Five Star Real Estate Professional Award year after year which is only given to the top 3% of realtors nationally and requires nominations from clients.
